- 4.1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design documentation and construction works as part of the investment task titled: Reconstruction of the water intake in the town of Wereszczyn4.2. The investment is divided into 3 tasks for which design documentation and construction works must be prepared: - Task 1: Reconstruction of the SUW together with reconstruction and reconstruction of deep well No. 1 - Task 2: Construction of a new replacement well 2A - Task 3: Liquidation of the existing well No. 2 4.3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the Agreement and its scope, including the scope of design work and construction works, are specified Functional and Utility Program with attachments (hereinafter also referred to as: FFU) - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and Draft contract - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
