Reconstruction of the water reservoir in Koterka forestry
I. The subject of the contract are construction works for the task called: "Reconstruction of the water reservoir in Koterka Forestry" implemented as part of the project "A comprehensive project for adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - low retention and Counteracting water erosion in lowland areas - continuation. "
Investment location: parts of plots with geodetic numbers: plots on the management of the Nurzec Forest District 38, 39, 635/8; plots on the board of the Poviat Road Administration in Siemiatycze 37 and 40; and a plot in the State Board Water Farm Polish Regional Water Management Board in Lublin 384; Within 0003 MΔtna, Mielnik commune.
III. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ - design documentation and Annex 3 to SWZ - bill of quantities.
IV. Warranty conditions and guarantees:
1) For the entire subject of the contract, the Contractor will grant the Employer a guarantee of a minimum of 60 months, the warranty period - 5 years.
2) The model warranty card template is Annex 6 to the contract.
