Description:
1. Subject of the orderThe subject of the order is the reconstruction of a well at ul. Volume, in accordance with: 1) GEOLOGICAL WORKS DESIGN for the reconstruction of a well catching groundwater from Oligocean formations, located in Warsaw at Wolumen Street, developed by the company Hydroconsult Sp. z o. o., 2) Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works, 3) Decision No. 381/O/2024 of August 27, 2024, approving the Design of geological works for the reconstruction of a well capturing groundwater from Oligocean formations, located on plot no. 10 from the district 7/08/05, at ul. Volume in Warsaw, issued by the President of the Capital City of Warsaw, 4) Decision No. WW.ZUZ.4210.566.2024 of October 29, 2024, granting the Capital City of Warsaw Bielany District a water law permit for the reconstruction of a water facility, i.e. a deep well used for abstracting groundwater from the Oligocesan, located on plot no. 10 from area 7-08-05, Bielany district of the capital city Warsaw, issued by the State Water Management Company Wody Polskie, Director of the Catchment Management Board in Warsaw.
