Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the wooden bridge at the New Lublin Gate in Zamość (hereinafter referred to as the Investment). 2. The investment is carried out as part of the investment task included in the budget of the City of Zamo for 2025-2026 entitled: Reconstruction of the bridge wooden at the New Lublin Gate in Zamość.3. The scope of the order includes: 1) installation of new and recycled elements, 2) impregnation of existing wooden elements, 3) strengthening of the carpentry joints of the balustrades, 4) painting of the entire bridge, 5) security and cleaning works 6) performance of all other works and activities necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the order.4. To complete the subject of the order, materials and devices that guarantee appropriate quality must be used, with technical and quality parameters corresponding to the properties and materials adopted in the documentation, all delivered and built-in materials must be new, the use of prototype materials is not allowed, built-in materials must have the required declarations of conformity, declarations of performance, approvals, certificates, quality and origin certificates, ...
