- 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction/construction of sports infrastructure at the ZSP in Jasienica as the reconstruction of sports fields flooded during the flood in 2024. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing building, construction of a sports pitch with an artificial grass surface, and a multi-purpose pitch with polyurethane surface, external lighting with cable lines, construction of fencing of the area and playing fields, construction of accompanying elements, including rainwater drainage and rainwater tanks, and reconstruction of a section of the LV overhead power grid and reconstruction part of the gas network and gas connections. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order are included in the following annexes to the SWZ: draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, design documentation and STWiOR - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, bills of quantities for works serving an auxiliary function - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. Required the warranty period for the works performed is 60 months from the date of receipt of the construction works by the Ordering Party and signing the final acceptance protocol of the works.2.
