1. The subject of the contract is a successive reception, transport and development of received byContractor from the Ordering Party of waste with code 191212 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 191211 - the energy fraction of sorting municipal waste (packaged waste).
Estimated amount of waste for development: maximumUp to 8,000 mg.
The contracting authority reserves that the amount of the subject of the contract is the forecast size and may decrease depending on the needs of the Employer. The above does not result in withdrawal from the contract or a change in its terms. If the contracting authority uses the above, the ContractorThere is no claim for this. The actual amount of the subject of the contract will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party.
The minimum size of the scope of this service is 10% (+/- 20 mg) of the maximum estimated amount of waste referred to above in para. 1.
2. TypeWaste and rules for the implementation of the contract
