- 1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Delivery of network devices and accessories, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", to the location of the Ordering Party,
2) Delivery of the IT system for managing network devices of the Ordering Party together with the hardware platform installed in the locations of the Ordering Party, called hereinafter "the system",
3) granting a license to the system,
4) replacement of the Employer's equipment for equipment, starting and configuring network infrastructure after replacement and conducting equipment acceptance tests,
5) installation, start and implementation of the system and conducting acceptance tests System,
6) Preparation and transfer of as -built documentation to the Employer in the field of equipment and the system,
7) transfer of proprietary property rights to as -built documentation,
8) the contractor conducted workshops for administrators in the field of equipment and system, delivery training materials,
9) transfer of proprietary property rights to training materials,
10) providing vouchers for specialist training,
11) providing the technical support for the equipment and the system in the period from the date of quantitative and quality acceptance of a given product to the expiry of 60 months from the date of final acceptance, confirmed by the implementation of implementation.
2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation was specified in Annex 1 to the draft contract (constituting Annex 6 to SWZ).
