- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a 9-seater car adapted to transport people in wheelchairs as part of the project entitled transport barriers for SD participants in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska by purchasing a 9-seater minibus adapted to transport people disabled. The order is co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons as part of the Program for equalizing differences between regions III in area D. The car must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2025, free from physical and legal defects, meeting technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland regarding vehicles traveling on public roads, in particular resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the conditions technical specifications of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended), requirements regarding the EURO 6 standard in terms of exhaust emissions, as well as regarding approval. realizac...
