Description:
1. The order will be fulfilled through ad hoc, cashless refueling of fuel into car fuel tanks and canisters in the case of equipment, at the gas station of the Contractor who submitted the most advantageous offer.2. Fuel will be collected at the Contractor's gas station and will be carried out on a rolling basis depending on the needs of refueling the Ordering Party's service vehicles.3. Refueling of fuel intended for the equipment will be carried out by filling into canisters. 4. Approximate fuel quantity:Diesel up to 35,000 litersUnleaded petrol Pb95 up to 8,000 litersAccording to prices valid on December 4, 2025.5. Gas station The service provider may not be located further than 5 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.6. The contractor will ensure the possibility of refueling on working days from: 6-22.7. The specified amount of fuel is the maximum amount, the Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller amount of fuel, which cannot constitute a basis for payment by Contractor of any claims. The actual amount of fuel delivered will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor's gross remuneration will not exceed the value of the offer.8.
