Brief description of the subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is the regeneration and repair of two pieces of Ax8-210 type Ax8-210 spray disk of the F100 spray device installed at the Thermal Waste Processing Plant in Krakow. , 3.2. The order was divided into 3 stages: 3.2.1. Stage I: Dismantlingindividual parts of both disks, and then each part should be subjected to visual inspection and penetrant testing (PT) to reveal cracks. If cracks are found, the Ordering Party should be informed and an appropriate report should be prepared, confirmed by the results of PT tests. In the event that a visual inspection andPT tests will give a positive result (i.e. no cracks in the disc or disc elements), further work related to the given disc should be carried out, stage value max. up to 20% of the total order value (i.e. max. 10% of the total order value for each disk). , 3.2.2. Stage II: Measuring the angle of the cone in the socket of a given diskfor mounting the spray disc on the mechanism spindle, the value of the max step. up to 10% of the total order value (i.e. max. 5% of the total order value for each disk). , 3.2.3.
