POLREGIO S.A. The Lublin Plant in Lublin invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information regarding: REGENERATION of hydraulic shock absorbers: I. Subject matter of the proceedings:1. Snaking damper R1104.370.014 - 72 pcs. Sliding shock absorber R1104.370.011 - 13 pcs. Hydraulic shock absorber P8.140.18.18 - 1 pcII. Subject requirements: 1. The Contractor will provide transport of shock absorbers on his own. 3. Required repair time is 5 days calendar. III. Additional provisions: 1. The offer should include a warranty period. 2. The Supplier undertakes to pay the Ordering Party a contractual penalty for: a) the Contractor's withdrawal from the order for reasons for which the Ordering Party is not responsible in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; b) withdrawal from the order by the Ordering Party for reasons for which the Contractor is responsible in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; c) delay in delivery in the amount of 2% of the remuneration gross of the Contractor for each day of delay. Contractual penalties may be claimed for each title separately and are cumulative. 3. The creditor may not transfer the order receivable to a third party without the written consent of the Ordering Party. 4. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the item together with the invoice. If the invoice is delivered after the delivery date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the debtor, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before delivery of the order...
