Description:
The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of the service Task 1: Rental of rehabilitation equipment in the form of wheelchairs. The scope of the service includes: 1) equipment rental for a period of up to 6 months, 2) equipment delivery (delivery of equipment by the Contractor to place of residence of the Recipient indicated in the Service Order Card),3) installation of equipment (if the situation requires it, the Contractor installs the equipment at the Recipient's place of residence),4) learning how to use the equipment (providing the Recipient with the necessary information and operating instructions to use the rehabilitation equipment), 5) collection of the rehabilitation equipment (after the end of the rental period, the Contractor collects the equipment from the Recipient's place of residence, the collection date is the last day of renting the equipment indicated in the Service Order Card), 6) technical inspection and maintenance between rentals, servicing of the equipment while in use by the Recipient), 7) cleaning and disinfection of the equipment after each receipt.
