Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task called: Removal of acceptance and warranty defects in completed construction works regarding the thermal modernization of Primary School No. 1 at ul. Gojawiczyska 10 in Gdask (Part No. 2) other construction and sanitary works within the facility.2. Purpose The purpose of the order is to remove acceptance and warranty defects in faulty construction works performed by the Contractor of the thermal modernization of the facility. Part No. 2 of the task requires the removal of acceptance and warranty defects related to improperly performed sanitary and general construction works within the facility. In reverence No. 1 of the task was to remove acceptance and warranty defects in the roofs in order to protect the facility against degradation due to leaking roof surfaces and improper drainage of water from the roofs.3. The material scope of the order includes all works, activities and construction works constituting removal acceptance and warranty defects of the thermal modernization of the facility carried out in 2023.
