1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task under the name: Removal of acceptance and warranty defects in completed construction works regarding the thermal modernization of Primary School No. 47 at ul. Reformacka 18 in Gdask.2. The purpose of the order is to remove acceptance and warranty defects construction works performed by the Contractor for thermal modernization of the facility. 3. The material scope of the order includes construction works consisting in the removal of acceptance and warranty defects in the thermal modernization of the facility completed in 2021, including: 1) Demolition, dismantling and preparatory works; 2) Works insulation;3) Construction and assembly works;4) Surface works;5) Installation works: sanitary;6) Installation works: electrical. Moreover, if in order to perform the works falling within the scope of the subject of the order, it will be necessary to perform other activities, submit notifications or obtain decisions and permits, the contractor will perform these activities, submit the notification and obtain the necessary decisions and permits at its own expense and effort.
