1. Description of the subject of the contract
1. The order of the contract is a task under the name:
"Removal and Development in accordance with the Waste Act in final processes of recovery or disposal of hazardous waste deposited in the warehouse in real estate in Dąbrowa Gornicza at 41 Pushkina Street (on plot number 5271 area 0013 Strzemieszyce Wielkie) ".
2. The subject of the contract is implemented based on Article 127 in connection with Article 128 of the Act of 17 June 1966 on enforcement proceedings in administration. Accession to the works in question will be able to take place after the decision on the application of the replacement performance becomes final, which the Employer will immediately inform the Contractor and after signing the property transfer report.
3. As part of the above -mentioned task, the Contractor is obliged to perform the service of removal and development in accordance with the Waste Act in final recovery processes or disposal containers with hazardous waste from the mentioned location.
4. Waste is found in the storage hall, in containers with different capacities - in an estimated amount: in 137 mauzer tanks with a capacity of 1000 DM3 (so -called pallet -stuff), 274 barrels with a capacity of 200 dm3, 43 barrels with a capacity of 100 DM3, 60 barrels with a capacity of 50 dm3 and in 30 barrels with a capacity of 30 dm3; Estimated mass of hazardous waste total 260 mg.
