Description:
The subject of the contract is to show the check -up in the range: 1) dismant, adaptation, export and disposal of products containing asbestos from roofing and facades of facilities connected within the administrative boundaries of the Woszczowa commune in 2025. According to the list statement No. 1 to the contract; 2) Incision, exportand disposal of products containing asbestos of the property donated within the administrative boundaries of the Woszczowa commune in 2025 in accordance with the list of attachment No. 1 to the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes to the list of facilities and real estateto the contract. Changes may consist of removing some positions or in place of the deleted position of the list of new objects/real estate. Changes in the list may be introduced not at 10 days before the date of completion of the subject of the contract. The contractor will inform about the change in the list of real estatein Pima. The Contractor, due to changes in the list, may not extinguish any claims in relation to the order in the area with the acceptance of the settlement for testing the service on the basis of the actual quantities of received products containing asbestos.Contractor ...
