Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of collection, transport and disposal (neutralization) services of medical waste with the following codes:
1) 18 01 01 surgical and treatment instruments and their remains (except 18 01 03*);
2) 18 01 02* body parts and organs as well as containers for blood and preservatives used for its storage (except 18 01 03*);
3) 18 01 03* - other waste that contains live pathogenic microorganisms or their toxins and other forms capable of transferring genetic material known or for which there are reliable grounds for believing that they cause diseases in humans and animals (e.g. infected diapers, sanitary pads, pads), excluding 18 01 80* and 18 01 82*;
4) 18 01 04 waste other than those mentioned in 18 01 03* (e.g. cloth or plaster dressings, bedding, disposable clothes, diapers);
5) 18/01/09 medicines other than those listed in 18/01 08*;
6) 15 01 10* - packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them,
7) 18/01/08* - cytostatic drugs and cytotoxic
