Description:
1 Bogusawski in Bieruń. 2. This task consists in a correct and safe for environmental removal and development (disposal of BD recovery) of wastehazardous in accordance with the applicable law. 3. The scope of using, the quantity and their description is found in SWZ and the closure to SWZ, i.e. a detailed description of the subject of the pollight (OPZ) and in the planned provisions of the contract. 4. Pursuant to the content of art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Cold Law ActThe Ordering Party informs that: sets requirements in the scope of employment by the Contractors or subcontractors on the basis of an employment relationship of OSB performing activities in the scope of the implementation of the pollination consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of2020, item 1320 from d.).
