The subject of the order is the implementation of the project titled: "Removal and management of solid and liquid waste abandoned on the property at ul. Woźniaka 52 in Katowice-Szopienice. This task involves proper and environmentally safe disposal and management (elevateddamage or recovery) of solid and liquid waste, abandoned and illegally stored by the company Eko-Szop sp. z o. o., which operated IPPC installations for the recovery and neutralization of hazardous waste, i.e. for the recovery of oil emulsions and for the disposal of wastechromium, cyanide and acid-alkaline emulsions, on the property at ul. Woźniaka 52 in Katowice-Szopienice, on geodetic plot no. 1939/18 k.m. Szopienice precinct. The implementation of the task also aims to remove a direct threat to human life or health or the environmentska and substitute implementation of the decision of the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship No. 1727/OS/2014 of September 4, 2014
