- Description:
- The subject of the order is a service provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, consisting in towing and parking vehicles removed pursuant to Art. 130a of the Road Traffic Law. To tow vehicles, specialized equipment designed for this type of tasks, such as a tow truck, should be used in a number ensuring the possibility of efficient and continuous towing of the vehicle from any place in the Grodzisk District as quickly as possible. Parking of vehicles should take place in a guarded parking lot, appropriately fenced, lit and monitored. Damaged vehicles should be secured in a way that does not pose a threat to the environment, and at the same time so that their condition is not significantly deteriorated by parking. The parking lot should have an appropriate number of spaces that will allow for the free storage of the entrusted number of vehicles. The Contractor undertakes to transport the(s) from the guarded parking lot run by by the current contractor and storing in this parking lot vehicles removed from the road before the date of conclusion of this agreement for which the competent court has not yet issued a decision on forfeiture to the County.
