Description:
1. The subject of the order: is the provision of removal and towing services of Police service vehicles and/or parts with a permissible weight not exceeding 3.5 tons (including vehicles up to 5910 mm long, e.g. Mercedes Benz), which were damaged or broke down in road traffic in the city of Szczecin, commune. Kobaskowo and Goods commissioned by the Transport Department of the Szczecin Police Headquarters, excluding the cases specified in Art. 50a and 130a of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended). The subject of the order is not divided into parts: 2. Scope, size, quantity and requirements regarding the order were specified in the Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ
