- 1. The subject of the contract is the removal and utilization of all hazardous waste illegally accumulated and stored on the property located in Bonowice, the commune of Szczekociny consisting of plots No. 336, 337, 338 and 343 (hereinafter referred to as waste), placed in Big Bag bags and on prisms on plots No. 336, 337, 338 and 343 and subjecting them to the ultimate properties of the final processes of recovery or disposal.
OPZ is approx. 14,500.00 mg.
Determining final recovery processes (final recovery) or the final disposal process (final neutralization) should be understood in accordance with the statutory provision contained in art. 27 para. 3b of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws 2015.1587, as amended) - further in short UOO, where:
1) in relation to the process final waste recovery - the contracting authority does not limit the types of processes of final recovery to which waste is to be subjected to,
2) in relation to the final waste disposal process - the Employer sets the principle that for the purposes of this order the final disposal process It means, as a rule, the D5, D10 process (according to Annex 2 to UOO, unless the order documents were decided clearly differently) or processing hazardous waste in the product while maintaining the conditions of loss of waste status - required tests confirming the loss of status ... - Documents:
