- The subject of the fall includes: a) packaging, reflection and transport of asbestos products from real estate to the place of disposal, flash and deposit along with the costs of disposal at the layout of hazardous waste containing asbestos, i.e. about 236.625 mg, licked on the property, specified in the list of real estate, which the contractor will receive from the ordering after signing the contract, b) all works necessary to perform the subject of the plait (e.g. securing the place of collection, settings of facilities and office necessary to implement the subject of the fall, securing existing facilities against Their damage and others), the contractor performs in its own scope, c) the Ordering Party reserves that during the implementation of the pollution, the list of real estate and the schedule may be changed when the amount of asbestos waste was determined on the basis of individuals individual from the owners of real estate from the commune of Stawiski.D) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or rotate the material scope of the sort of a good time, because the subject of the plant is determined in an estimated manner, e) the substantive scope of the fall will be determined on the basis of the actual quantity ode...
