Description:
The subject of the fall is the execution of a check consisting in securing, receiving, transporting and transferring asbestos containing waste with codes 17 06 01* and 17 06 05*, from the real estate of the Wohy commune, indicated by the Ordering Party. As part of the pollination provides to remove approx. 400 mg of products containing asbestos from the area of about 70 real estate. The pollination includes: 1) organization and securing the places of performance of the contract; 2) against waste transport - securing waste in accordance with the provisions in this respect; 3) the waste of waste indicated for collection; 4) Confirmation of the adoption of waste from the Applicant through a waste collection protocol containing asbestos from a each object, signed by the Applicant and Contractors, prepared according to the Relief No. 2 to the contract. The acceptance protocol must include a contractor's statement about the rules of performing work with important recipes technical and sanitary, in accordance with the ordinance of the Minister of Economy, Labor and Social Policy of April 2, 2004 on the methods and conditions of safe use and removal of products containing asbestos (Journal of Laws of 2004 71...
