Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service to remove polluted spoil from the bottom of the Elbląg River, on the section of the water track from point P2 to the Port point, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the Elbląg poviat, in the area of the Elbląg commune and the commune of Elbląg.
2. The subject of the contract includes mining and the export of contaminated spoil in an amount of about 22,000 m3 from the bottom of the Elbląg River, before starting to deepen the water track on the Elbląg River on the section from point P2 to the Port point.
3. Work should be carried out by ex-thist method divided into the following stages:
• Stage I - Preparatory work and field security;
• Stage II - extraction of contaminated deposits with simultaneous transport and unloading at the reloading site;
• Stage III - drainage, loading, circular transport and transfer of waste to the authorized entity.
4. The subject of the contract was described in the description of the subject Orders (OPZ), which is Annex 1 to SWZ:
5. The conditions for conducting works and the contractor's obligations were specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
6. The contracting authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing the activities described in § 4 para. 27 of the draft contract
