Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of works related to the removal of dams made by beavers and natural blockages from river beds and watercourses in the area of the Catchment Management Board in Sokołow Podlaski.
The purpose of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement between the Ordering Party and a maximum of 10 (ten) Contractors, for each part of the order, in order to determine the terms of orders that may be awarded within a period of up to 48 months from signing the contract.
Information on the conditions of concluding the Framework Agreement:
a) two (2) framework agreements will be concluded for the order (for each part of the order separately) for the purpose of determining the terms of orders that may be awarded within 48 months from the date of signing the Framework Agreement;
The scope of the Partial Agreements will be determined according to the needs of the Ordering Party;
c)Contract framework agreement will be concluded for each part separately between the Ordering Party, with a maximum of ten (10) Contractors whose offers turn out to be the most advantageous in terms of points, based on the offer evaluation criteria specified in point 15 of the ToR, unless the offers not subject to rejection were submitted by fewer Contractors;
d) The Ordering Party will award Partial Orders, the subject of which is covered by the Framework Agreement, to the Contractors with whom it concluded the Agreement Framework Agreement, under the conditions specified in the Framework Agreement (pursuant to the provisions of Article 314(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Law).
