Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of works related to the removal of dams made by beavers and natural blockages from river beds and watercourses in the area of the Catchment Management Board in Zamość, which impede the free flow of water, resulting in the formation of floodplains and flooding, causing damage to property and crops on agricultural land located in the immediate vicinity of watercourses.
The purpose of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement between the Ordering Party and a maximum of 3 (three) Contractors in order to determine the terms of orders that may be awarded during the period up to 48 months from signing the contract.
