Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services involving the removal of dead animals from roads and municipal areas such as parks, squares, squares and others managed by the Kdzierzyn-Kole Commune.2. The order will be processed 24 hours a day, on weekdays, non-working days and holidays, by: 1) delivery to the place of the incident by own means of transport at the request of the City Guard, the Department of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and the Police, and to intervene (remove the carcass) within 3 hours of receiving the telephone notification, in the event of road traffic restrictions up to 2 hours.2) collection and removal of the carcasses of the animal(s) or their parts;3) transport of the carcass in tight bags or containers by your own means of transport to the rendering plant;4) covering the cost of accepting the carcass to the rendering plant and all other costs related to the implementation of the subject of the order;5) conducting and providing the Ordering Party with a copy of the document for transferring the carcass to the rendering plant;2.
