Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of a service covering the removal of liquid waste from 23 locations administered by the Ordering Party located in the Commune and City of Czerwionka-Leszczyny, in accordance with the export schedule for 2026. The subject of the order also includes being on standby for providing services outside the adopted schedule in the event of a failure, including on holidays and non-working days. The estimated amount of liquid waste covered by this order is approximately 6,020 m3. The estimated amount of liquid waste disposal has no further character, as the settlement will take place in based on the exports actually performed. In the event of interruptions in the performance of the subject of the Agreement (e.g. equipment failure, technical inspections of equipment, repairs, etc.), the Contractor is obliged to ensure the export replacement.
