Description:
1. The Ordering Party orders and the Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with the service of removing liquid waste from a septic tank located at the bus station at the corner of Starołęcka and Książęca streets in Poznań (Starołęka area, ark. 03, plot 2/5, 3/1) with a capacity of approximately 4.5 m3 consisting of: 1) mechanical pumping of waste using a septic tank truck, 2) transport of liquid waste and its discharge to a designated collection point, along with covering all related costs. 2. Waste disposal will take place on a weekly basis, every Thursday, for a total of 53 exports throughout the duration of the Agreement. If a public holiday falls on Thursday, the collection will take place on the next working day. 3. In the event of an emergency, the Ordering Party will commission the Contractor to provide an additional waste disposal service. liquids in the number of not more than 5 shipments throughout the entire duration of the Agreement. When submitting an offer, please complete the "Offer Form" attachment. Submitting an offer in this procedure is tantamount to accepting all the organizer's attachments
