Description:
1. The subject of the order is the removal of asbestos and products containing asbestos from the area of the Sadkowice Commune. 1) The order is awarded in connection with the implementation of the Program for the removal of asbestos and products containing asbestos from the area of the Sadkowice Commune for the years 2022-2032 as part of the Program for Cleansing the Country of Asbestos for years 2009-2032 (adopted by Resolution No. 39/2010 of the Council of Ministers of March 15, 2010), which states that the tasks of the municipal government include preparing and updating programs for the removal of asbestos and asbestos-containing products and providing support to residents in the process of removing these products. 2) Ordering party requires the Contractor to conclude a civil liability insurance contract for the activities covered by this order in the amount of PLN 200,000.00. The insurance must be valid throughout the entire order execution period.3) A detailed description of the conditions for the execution of the subject of the order has been specified in the contract template along with annexes, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2.
