The subject of the order is a service consisting in the removal of products containing asbestos from the area of the Kocierzew Poudni Commune (from indicated properties located in the commune), carried out as part of the task: Removal of products containing asbestos from the area of the Kocierzew Poudni Commune in 2025, co-financed from the funds of the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łodź. The subject of the order includes the removal of asbestos-containing products lying on properties located in the Kocierzew Południ Commune, belonging to natural persons, by securing, loading and transporting them, as well as depositing them and disposal of hazardous waste at a landfill. The estimated amount of asbestos-containing products lying on properties, according to the requests of property owners, is 313.98 Mg.
