- 4.1. The subject of the order is the removal of products containing asbestos from the area of ββthe Omazy commune.4.2. The scope of the order includes securing the dismantled asbestos products, their loading, transport and transfer for disposal to a waste landfill with the required administrative decisions. allowing the acceptance of waste containing asbestos.4.3. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with a list of applicants or locations where asbestos-containing products occur, along with the estimated quantity of these products (in Mg). The contractor will take into account any other asbestos fractions found on the facilities in the records and settlement.4.4. The estimated amount of asbestos products to be disposed of is 280.5 Mg. 4.5. Settlement with the Contractor will be made according to the gross unit price for 1 Mg and the actual amount disposed of. The indicated quantity is indicative and may be reduced.4.6. In case of reduction scope of the order (e.g. due to the applicants' resignation), the remuneration will be determined on the basis of the actual quantity performed at the unit price, and the contractor will not make additional claims.
