The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled "Removal, transport and development permanent and liquid waste (accumulated in barrels and mausters), abandoned on the property marked with registration as plot No. 1891/18 (k.m. 1; area: Szopienice) at ul. Woźniak in Katowice.
This task consists in the correct and safe removal, transport to installations and development (by disposal of permanent and liquid waste in the D10 process, illegally stored and abandoned by Eko-Szop sp.z o.o., on the area of geodetic plot No. 1891/18 (k.m. 1; precinct: Szopienice) at ul. Woźniak in Katowice. The task is to be carried out Also aimed at making a substitute decision of the Mayor of Katowice of 4 December 2013 No. 87/O/2013 and removing a direct threat to the life or health of people or the environment.
The contracting authority provided for the implementation of the task in two stages:
Stage I - will be implemented for 45 days calendar from the date of signing the contract, will include:
in mauzer containers, barrels and smaller containers, on real estate in its southern part (formed from connected zones: E, F, g according to a study prepared by the Central Mining Institute - National Research Institute, in 2018 and constituting an attachment to SWZ);
