Description:
I. The object of the contract:
1. The order of the contract is the removal of hazardous waste accumulated and stored in five rooms Warehouse (hereinafter referred to as "warehouse rooms") located on the property located at ul. Majdany 10, Kutno, gm. City of Kutno, Kutno poviat, Łodź Voivodeship; Plot No. 956/2, ob. 1 Raszew Piaski, the city of Kutno (hereinafter referred to as "real estate") - hereinafter referred to as "waste", in the amount of up to 579.00 mg and subjecting them to the ultimate properties of recovery, and in the case of waste, on which recovery is not possible to subject them to the processes of final disposal.
Waste may not be stored in the Kutno poviat.
2. Delivery description of the subject of the contract is a description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ and draft contract - Annex 5 to Swz.
II. Communication:
1. In the public procurement procedure, communication between the Ordering Party and Contractors is carried out using the platform e-sales, which is available at https://ezamania.gov.pl. In special cases, communication is allowed with post Electronic to the e -mail address: order.publiczne@powiatkutno.eu - does not apply to submitting offers/applications for admission to participation in the proceedings.
