- 1. The subject of the order is a removal service consisting in the transport of equipment and documentation from rooms in the buildings of the Sopot City Hall in accordance with the Detailed Description of the subject of the order located in Annex No. 7 to SWZ.2. The service will be there implemented in six stages. The list of equipment that will be transported during the execution of the contract can be found in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 7 to SWZ.3. Right of option: The Ordering Party reserves the right to choose during the execution of the order the right to increase the total number of relocation stages (max. two) beyond the stages specified in section 2 above, in the event of additional needs in this respect that cannot be anticipated at the stage of the proceedings. Ordering additional moving stages will result in an appropriate increase in the remuneration due to the Contractor for the execution of the order. The option right will be exercised on the same terms and conditions as the basic order, but the possibility of exercising it will depend on the increase demand for relocation services and obtaining additional financial resources.
