Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of maintaining public inland surface waters, consisting in the removal of blockages from the bed of the border river Bug, formed by scraps and fallen trees, branches and branches that have fallen into the river bed and flowing with water. water flow and making it difficult for Border Guard officers to properly perform their tasks in the direct protection of the state border using vessels.
The scope of maintenance works includes the removal of natural and resulting blockages
from human activities created on the Bug border river and removal of scrap and fallen trees and their removal to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
The purpose of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement between the Ordering Party and a maximum of 5 (five) Contractors in order to establish the terms of the orders that may be granted within a period of up to 48 months from the date of signing the contract.
