- 1. This service will consist in removing failures and performing planned renovation works on water supply and sewage networks, as well as maintaining a 24-hour emergency water supply and sewage service in the Leszno commune.2. In the field of troubleshooting and performing planned renovation works on networks water supply and sewage systems will: 1) take action to remove the failure, i.e. arrive at the site of the failure and start work to remove it within a response time not longer than that indicated in the offer form, 2) remove the failure within a maximum of 12 hours from the time of reporting, 3) in the event of complicated failures that cannot be removed within 12 hours of reporting - setting a realistic deadline for completion as quickly as possible, which will not cause unnecessary inconvenience to residents, and keeping the Ordering Party informed about the progress of work and the reasons for the prolonged time to remove the failure, 4) replacement damaged gate valves, hydrants, street water sources and network sections, as planned works indicated and agreed with an authorized employee of the Commune Office, 5) performing other works commissioned by an authorized employee of the Commune Office regarding infrastructure network...
