Description:
The subject of the order is a service consisting in removing vehicles from the roads of Sierpecki County pursuant to Art. 130a of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1539, as amended) and maintaining a 24-hour guarded parking lot for parking removed vehicles pursuant to art. 130a section 2 point 5f of the Road Traffic Law Act. By removing vehicles from roads, the Ordering Party understands: a) removing vehicles from public roads in the Sierpecki District and parking vehicles in a parking lot run by the contractor, b) handing over the vehicle after presenting proof of payment of the fee for its removal. and storage; c) notifying the Staroste of Sierpecki and the entity that issued the instruction to remove the vehicle no later than the third day from the date of expiry of the deadline referred to in Art. 130a section 10 of the Act - on the case of non-collection vehicle.
