- 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in: 1) removal of vehicles from the Bolesawiec County area for which an order to remove them has been issued pursuant to Art. 130a of the Road Traffic Law, 2) storing vehicles for which an order to remove them has been issued pursuant to Art. 130a of the Road Traffic Law in a guarded parking lot until they are collected by the owners or an authorized person, 3) charging the owner or a person authorized to collect the vehicle the fees referred to in Art. 130a in the amount determined by the applicable resolution of the District Council specifying the amount of fees, 4) identification data of owners or persons authorized to collect the vehicle, 5) verifying the completeness and validity of the instructions issued by the authorized entity to remove the vehicle, 6) providing completely completed documentation regarding the removal and storage of the above-mentioned vehicles in the parking lot. 2. Part 1: in terms of removal and storing vehicles with a permissible total weight of up to 3.5 tons, for which an order to remove them has been issued pursuant to Article 130a of the Traffic Law Act road.
