Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of removing vehicles from the road and maintaining a guarded parking lot for vehicles removed pursuant to Art. 130a section 1 and 2 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), whereby: 1) service will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will consist in towing and storing vehicles removed from the road pursuant to Art. 130a section 1 and 2 of the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law. The scope of basic activities included in the transport service (regardless of the conditions weather conditions, time of day or night, and difficulties resulting from the terrain, development conditions, etc.), include: a) accepting an order for the arrival of a towing vehicle, b) reaching the location indicated by an authorized person giving the order to remove the vehicle from the vehicle's location within a maximum of 90 minutes. (Note: travel time to the scene of the event is the criterion for evaluating the offers); c) preparing the vehicle or vehicles and its components for loading (all works accompanying the preparation of the vehicle for transport), d) loading the vehicle (vehicle parts) onto the set guys,...
