Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour services to the Ukowo district - removing vehicles from the road based on the removal order from the KPP in Uków and storing these vehicles in a guarded parking lot in the Uków district in cases specified in Art. 130a of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended). Vehicle removal services to a designated guarded parking lot from roads located in the Ukowo district include: access to the place of the incident from appropriate transport equipment intended for removing and moving vehicles within 60 minutes of receiving an order to remove the vehicle issued by a police officer or the person commanding the rescue operation; loading and securing the vehicle, in this load if it is on the vehicle before it is damaged, destroyed or stolen during transport to the parking lot; access with a towed vehicle to the parking lot; unloading the transported equipment and handing over the vehicle; performing other necessary actions related to vehicle loading and unloading;Storage (parking) services for vehicles removed from the road include: pr...
