- The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in the removal and storage in a guarded parking lot of vehicles from the area of ββNowy TomyΕl County, removed in accordance with Art. 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251 as amended). The order includes: 1) The scope of activities included in the order for towing (removal) services, regardless of weather conditions, hours and difficulties resulting from the terrain, development conditions and others, and includes: acceptance from an authorized by law, a person may order the arrival of a towing vehicle, travel to the indicated place and undertake activities related to towing, loading the vehicle or its parts within a period not exceeding 60 minutes, counting from the moment of accepting the instruction, preparing the vehicle or vehicle and its components for loading (all works related to the preparation of the vehicle for transport), loading the vehicle (vehicle parts) onto the towing set, clearing the scene of the incident from glass waste, metal waste and other waste that does not require use specialized equipment and materials, access with the vehicle removed from the road to the Contractor's guarded parking lot, unloading and parking...
