- The Ordering Party orders and the Contractor undertakes to perform the following services: removing failures in the water supply network in the Kowala Commune in 2026. Removing failures will consist in eliminating leaks and leaks that occur in the water supply network (pipe bursts, leaks in sockets, water supply valves) and connections on the section from the water supply network to the main water meter.
