Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and installation of photovoltaic installations and electricity storage facilities on public facilities in the Myszkow Commune (including design, delivery, assembly and commissioning), in the following quantities:
- number of photovoltaic installations: 8 pieces,
- number electricity storage: 18 pieces,
- number of buildings covered by the project: 7 buildings.
2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Functional and Utility Program, which is a description of the subject of the order for this procedure.
3. Order type: delivery.
4. The ordering party does not specify requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons, because the nature of this contract does not determine the occurrence of requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons.
5. In each case when the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
6. If required to submit certificates issued by a specific conformity assessment body referred to in Art. 105 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party also accepts certificates issued by other equivalent conformity assessment bodies.
