- 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and installation of photovoltaic installations and electricity warehouses on public facilities in the Myszkow commune (including design, delivery, assembly and launch), in the following quantities:
- number of solar installations: 8 pieces,
- number electricity warehouses: 18 pieces,
- Number of buildings covered by the project: 7 buildings.
2. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ - a functional and utility program constituting the description of the subject of the contract for this procedure.
3. Type of order: Delivery.
4. The Employer does not specify the requirements for availability for disabled people, because the nature of this order does not determine the occurrence of requirements in the field of availability for disabled people.
