Description:
The subject of the order is the installation of renewable energy systems for the residents of the Słupca Commune.
The subject of the order was divided into the following parts:
1)Part 1 - "Construction of photovoltaic installations and energy storage for the residents of the Słupca Commune"
2)Part 2 - "Installation heat pumps for residents of the Słupca commune"
In the scope of Part 1 of the order: the Contractor's obligations include:
a. the entire task, i.e. execution of the scope of work carried out in the Słupca Commune, including works that will be carried out in the design and build formula, related to:
- elaboration comprehensive, multi-discipline design documentation, including all works specified in the functional and utility program in the scope of delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and photovoltaic installations with energy storage for residential buildings,
- construction of a photovoltaic installation or photovoltaic installation with energy storage,
- performing additional work specified in the functional and utility program
in the scope of delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations and photovoltaic installations with energy storage for residential buildings.
b. Cost of documentation design cannot exceed more than 4% of construction costs.
