Description:
1. Subject of the contract:
1.1. The subject of the contract is:
1.1.1. Provision for the customer of qualified trust services,
1.1.2. granting the contracting authority to use the software made available by the Contractor and required to provide qualified servicestrust during their duration, enabling the use of the software and devices they support in accordance with their character and purpose as well as the terms of the contract and the general license conditions of the software manufacturer,
1.1.3. delivery of 6 mobile devices (terminals) toissuing electronic signatures by the Employer's employees together with the relevant software installed along with access to the update.
1.2. The certificate of qualified trust services referred to in point 1.1.1 above by the Contractor includes:
1.2.1 Providing and issuing certificatesqualified for electronic signature, including:
1.2.2 Delivery of new certified certificates with the period of 36 months each for max 2300 (min. 500 pcs) of subscribers, in accordance with the current demand of the contracting authority of the contractor during the contract (withphysical card, and additionally with a cryptographic card with a program for handling card and a USB reader, while the contracting authority also reserves the right to use the remote signature - without the required reader and physical cryptographic card, in the amount of 100 pcs (min. 20 pcs), QSCDremote); ...
