The subject of the order is the service of renewal of support and service of the Recourt system for courts from the Rzeszów appellate area. The subject of the order includes: service of renewal of support and service provided by the Manufacturer or Authorized Service for the Recourt system used by the Rzeszów appellate courts in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The service concerns the servicing of 176 courtrooms in the Rzeszów appellate courts. The scope of the service includes at least: system service in courtrooms - replacement technical elements and cabling repair by the Service Technician in the event of a failure, the right to receive new versions and corrections of the driver and firmware of devices and software issued by the manufacturer of the Recourt system IP communication and electronic signature software, in particular the right to receive: o new versions of system software for the device Central unit of the COMARCH CDR 784-06 registration system and earlier new versions of software system, updates and device drivers: COMARCH TW 784-01 videoconferencing terminal and subsequent versions, real-time multimedia content playback module...
