The subject of the order is*: 1.1 The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a renewal of the Software license subscription in the scope of providing the manufacturer with a 12-month Software Subscription & Support Service for the the Ordering Party of the Software, i.e. from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, maintaining continuity for previous periods of providing the Software Subscription & Support Service, hereinafter also referred to as: "Renewal of the Software license subscription in scope of provision of the Software Subscription & Support Service by the manufacturer; 1.2 Provision of Consulting Services by the Contractor, on the terms and within the scope specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the Specification Terms of the Order (SWZ), in a minimum number of 180 clock hours and in a maximum number of up to 800 clock hours in the period referred to in point. 1.1 above. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of order execution are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. **Definitions of terms used with a capital letter can be found in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. **Software Subscription & Support service for the Software will be provided in the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
